St. Lawrence Church Collects for VHF

Fr. Tom Bielawa and the people of St. Lawrence parish in Joelton, TN have once again raised funds from a second collection for VHF.
Dr. Tom Grabenstein and Deacon Tim Winters spoke at all the Masses during the weekend of July 19/20 and showed a DVD as part of a homily/presentation by Winters. Both were on hand after the Mass to answer questions and give out information.
When a second collection was taken, proceeds of $2,244 was sent to Visitation Hospital Foundation for its work to provide health care for the people of Haiti.
This was the fourth year the parish has provided funds from a second collection to for Haiti. VHF appreciates Fr. Tom and the people of St. Lawrence for their continued compassion and support.
