Leadership At Visitation Hospital Foundation

Stacy Cornwall, Executive Director
Stacy is the Executive Director of Visitation Hospital Foundation, where she leads with an entrepreneurial spirit and an unshakable belief that the most enduring work is built shoulder to shoulder. A fearless problem-solver by nature, Stacy is drawn to complex challenges—unstable systems, limited resources, fragile infrastructure—and the steady, creative work required to make them strong.
Her path has been shaped by building from the ground up. As a nonprofit co-founder and senior leader, she has helped launch and scale mission-driven organizations, designing financial and operational systems that turn vision into action and sustain impact over time. At Visitation Hospital Foundation, she brings this same ingenuity to advancing healthcare access in rural Haiti, forging deep partnerships with local leaders, clinicians, donors, and global collaborators who understand that progress is never a solo endeavor.
Stacy’s leadership is rooted in trust, humility, and shared responsibility. She values partnership not as strategy, but as principle—believing, as she often says, that nothing worth doing is done alone. Whether strengthening infrastructure, stewarding resources, or navigating uncertainty, she leads with clarity, courage, and a long view toward what communities need to thrive.
She holds a Master of Accountancy from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, and approaches her work with both rigor and heart—guided by the conviction that when people build together, even the hardest places can become sites of renewal.
